Refund policy

At Perfectly Paired ABA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our shop offers both digital downloads and made-to-order physical products, return and refund eligibility varies by product type.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final sale and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

If you experience an issue accessing your download, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a problem with the file itself, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Physical Products

Our physical products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, change of mind, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review the problem and determine an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the digital files have been delivered.

For physical products, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once production has begun.
